掌勺大師孟朝品簡介 Chef Meng is one of few highest-ranking masters of Chinese cooking in China.He has been in his profession for 42 years,specializing in Szechuan cuisine.Represent-ing China,he was invited to demonstrate Szechuan culinary arts in America,Lebanon,Egypt and Singapore in the 1980s and 90s. In 1993,he won the National Cookery Competition silver medal in Wok cooking and the bronze medal in Plates presentation. He is also a lifetime judge of the National Ranking chef test in the Szechuan Province. Since 1999, Master chef Meng has been working in America.He most recently owned a restaurant specializ-ing in Szechuan cuisine in Salt Lake City,UT. The restau-rant was highly reviewed by numerous local newspapers and awarded "Top 100 Rising Star" in the "Top 100" competition nationwide,and "Best Chinese restaurant" by the prestigious Salt Lake City magazine. Following his family , Master chef Meng moved to WA. He was invited to join the team here in Szechuan Garden .
